Document Controller Admin (Polymerics Industry) Location Miami Lakes, FL :

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Document Controller Admin works closely with the Chemical Department, R&D, Quality Control and Assurance, Production, and Distribution Support Team.

· Ensuring all documents are uploaded to the company data base, archiving new/revised IFUs, PSSs, SDSs, Product Flyers and Chemical Resistance Charts of US-fabricated finished products

· Data entry and document audit. Keeping employees and distributors posted about any amendment to documents for IFUs, PSS, SDS. Updating and keeping track of production machinery maintenance documentation

· Maintaining matrices of publication dates for IFUs, PSSs, CRCs, and flyers of US-fabricated finished products

· Contacting approved manufacturers of raw materials for updated SDSs and regulatory information for North and South America markets and updating SharePoint

· Updating Production packaging sheets, SOPs, and work orders, and assisting in Spanish translations of such documents

· Supporting UN certification updates and creating a database of current certified accessories

· Supporting Chemical Department and R&D in reviewing technical reports and/or organizing testing data

Key Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience in chemical documentation control is preferred (experience in manufacturing industrial coating/repair composites is a plus)
  • Document audit and data entry
  • Associate in Chemistry or strong chemistry knowledge is preferred
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to read, interpret, revise, and correct documents such as safety data sheets, SOPs, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Must speak, read, and write English proficiently
  • Administrative and clerical abilities
